Listed below are the facilities that were incorporated into the 2 Coolmation Systems.  These, along with any other items can be included in any custom built program that we develop for you.

The first system was installed at their service support centre in Leicester and also feeds data to a system in Ringwood that allows detailed management reports to be produced. 

Artemis looks after their maintenance contracts for customers throughout the UK.  It manages:

Maintenance contracts and renewals.
Logs support calls.
Produces the monthly servicing schedules.
Records call sheets and tracks their status and history.
Audits spare parts and mileage for service engineers.
Producing invoices for all service calls

The second system that was developed for Coolmation was a Quotation Sales and Management System (CQSMS). This system was installed at their headquarters in Ringwood as a multi-user program and also fed outlying sales managers with data for their systems running on laptop computers.  The following facilities were included:

  * A comprehensive customer database.
 
* Customers are allocated categories and sales areas for detailed reporting.
 
* A record of all quotations raised, along with it's current status (active, dead, 
    ordered etc.).
 
* Probability of order and expected order months are recorded for future forecasting.
 
* Links to all quote documentation that has been raised against each quote.
 
* Details of all customer orders, with links to the order documentation.
 
* A record of all equipment delivered to each customer's site.
 
* A record of all sales managers visits, outcomes and follow-ups.
 
* A record of all correspondence with customers.
 
* Detailed performance and forecast reporting at all levels.
 
* Targeted mailing and follow-up lists as a result of detailed data analysis.
 
* All reports and returns having the ability to be exported into Word, Excel or e-mail.
 
* A comprehensive list of top level management reports.
